Tickets are must be reschedule or cancelled at least one hour prior to your tour time or by the end of the day for Above Ground non-timed tickets. Tickets will be non-refundable after the tour time or ride date has passed.<\/li><li><strong><span style=\"color: #c36209;\">Face masks or coverings are recommended, especially for those who are not vaccinated. If you are arriving in an RV that is 30&#8242; feet or longer you may be asked to park at the bottom parking lot and you will be shuttled up to the top from there.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #c36209;\">Please phone Cave of the Winds at <strong>(719) 550-5060<\/strong>, or <strong>(719) 685-5444 Ext 102 or 5004<\/strong> and tell the employee who answers you are on your way in a bus<\/span>.\u00a0 Upon arrival, turn right at the stop light and proceed approximately 500 feet up to the parking area by the flagpole in front of the iron Cave of the Winds archway. An employee will meet you and give you further instructions on when you can proceed up the hill. Do <strong><u>NOT<\/u><\/strong> proceed until the employee gives you an \u201cALL CLEAR.\u201d\u00a0 As you drive up the road, please take the corners wide and proceed up safely.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #c36209;\">When you are ready to go back down the hill, contact the attendant in the Ticket Office.<\/span> They will arrange to block the road for you again, so you can go down the highway as safely as you came up. Please wait in the bus parking lot until an employee arrives to direct you back down the hill.
